Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Automatic Natural Products.

 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR MOBILE NUMBER WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.**

The customer should send an email or leave a note during checkout,  If at all he or she won't be around to let us know if the driver can deliver to the next door neighbour.  

 

On the day of the delivery, if the driver attempt the delivery and there is no response they still miss the parcel. APC driver will make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel again.

 

After 2 visit, if driver could not gain access and the parcel has to be sent back to our company customer. The customer will have to pay £5:00 charges for us to send it back to them.**

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to problems with courier services for example during the busy Christmas period, so it is advisable to place your order well in advance of when you will need it.

International distributors should expect standard time delivery depending on distance of the country.

 

Shipment confirmation

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped and your order will be with you at the stated time.

 

Damages

 

Automatic Natural Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy

 

Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us inits original condition within 14 days of receipt.

 

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

 

  • Please note:

    1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

 

We recommend that customers who wish to return goods for refund or exchange contact us using one of the methods detailed on our contact page.
